Best Amazon bookkeeping tools for QuickBooks and Xero

Sorted by the lowest verified monthly figure, with Link My Books last because it has no public dollar price. Bookkeep's table starts at Lite $19/mo. That ties Taxomate's 200-order Starter. The Bookkeep FAQ says Lite is for up to $200k in annual revenue and lists Shopify, Square, Toast, Mindbody, Ebay, Sumup, or Stripe. Amazon is not in that sentence. The comparison row that names Amazon is checked on all six plans, including Lite. Those two parts of the page do not say the same thing, so $19 is the table's lowest price, not a settled Amazon-on-Lite price. Pro is the card marked Best Choice, at $199/mo, and it says save $398 on the annual plan. ConnectBooks Gold starts at $149/mo for one store and up to 10,000 orders. Diamond starts at $199 and Platinum at $349. The page script adds $25 per extra store. A Gold Lite table at $24 is in a script, and those elements are not on the plan cards, so that figure is not the row. Taxomate's table now starts at $19/mo for up to 200 orders on one channel. The plan card above that table is a different band: up to 5,000 orders, billed yearly, at $49/mo. Webgility's default tab is annual, labeled save about 15%. The monthly price on that same card is $79, with $79 struck through on the annual view. Synder's yearly tab, which is the one selected on its page, shows $52. A2X still starts at US$29/mo for Amazon, rechecked 2026-11-06. The Walmart line on that page starts at US$79/mo. Nozzle is not in this table. See Nozzle. Link My Books still prices each account from a calculator. On 2026-10-28 that calculator showed £0 and No items found before an order count was entered, so that is not a price. The FAQ says the trial includes 90 days of settlement history.
