Sponsor Refund Policy

• Monthly placements (Category / Homepage Featured): cancel anytime by emailing us; your placement runs to the end of the paid month. If we cannot publish your placement within 5 business days of payment, or we decline it, we refund that month in full.
• Newsletter placements: fully refundable until we confirm your send date; after confirmation, refundable only if the issue does not go out.
• Fast-track review: refunded if your tool is not accepted or not reviewed within 3 business days.
• Partial months are not otherwise refunded. To request a refund, email alifba@mail.grokbot.com with your invoice or receipt.
