You are not charged until 30 days after enrollment and after the first review is published. If no Vine review is published within 90 days of enrollment, you are not charged. The page also says you can enroll up to two products for free. Fees in other stores, for 3–10 units: CAD 100, GBP 60, EUR 70, JPY 10,000. For 11–30 units: CAD 240, GBP 140, EUR 170, JPY 22,000.
