Best FBA reimbursement tools for beginners

Updated on 2026-11-02. Every price below was checked on the vendor's official page on the date in that row; sources are linked. Prices exclude tax and promotions and can change.

If you sell through FBA, Amazon can owe you money for lost or damaged inventory. Reimbursement services audit your account and file claims for a share of what they recover, so there is usually no monthly software bill to start. GETIDA was last rechecked on 2026-10-26 and was not reopened for this page. On 2026-10-28 sellerinvestigators.com returned a scheduled-maintenance page. On 2026-11-03 that site loaded again. The 25% figure below was read that day on sellerinvestigators.com, and the same sentence is on Carbon6's Seller Investigators page. Carbon6's reimbursement product is Seller Investigators, so it is not a separate row.

GETIDAHands-off FBA recoveryFree to join; from 20% of recoveries; first $400 recovered at no chargeofficial pricing, checked 2026-10-26
Seller InvestigatorsHands-off FBA recoveryFree audit in 48 hours; 25% commission only after you are paid. The site loaded on 2026-11-03official pricing, checked 2026-11-03

Because fees are a share of recoveries, the cheaper headline rate is not automatically the better deal. GETIDA starts at 20% and waives the fee on the first $400 recovered. Seller Investigators is 25% only after you are paid. sellerinvestigators.com returned HTTP 503 on 2026-10-28 and loaded on 2026-11-03 with that same fee. Carbon6's page loaded the same day and says the same thing. Refunds Manager was rechecked on 2026-10-26. Its site describes Amazon Vendor Central and Walmart deduction recovery, and it does not publish a percentage, so it is not an FBA beginner pick on this page. See Refunds Manager. ChannelMAX, added on 2026-10-28, also offers FBA refund help. Its pricing page says 15% for both self-managed and ChannelMAX-managed. Its refund page says 15% managed and 13% self-managed. Those pages do not agree, so ChannelMAX is not a row here. See ChannelMAX. Margin Pro, added on 2026-11-02, is where refundsniper.com and dimetydsellers.com redirect. The page offers a free audit and does not publish a fee, so it is not a row here. See Margin Pro. Compare GETIDA vs Seller Investigators, see the full reimbursements guide, or estimate a product's fees with the FBA profit calculator.
